For all that was made of "cultural production on the Right" -- there have been no strong "Right Wing Art" pieces that will carry into the future produced by these people. You know what will? Deltarune-- things like that-- all the "woke" cultural projects of Tumblr 2010s types are the curators of cultural education for the next generations.
There is not a compelling vision here-- "oh they're putting emoney into the Right Wing Art Scene"-- but there's no art being produced. A cargo cult of "readings" that are really about "networking" & really about "fucking" are not a viable cultural project.

"Right wing art" either has to concede so much to liberalism to not be considered "beyond the pale" of establishment discourse that it has no valence or resonance, or if it remains authentic enough to those values to have that valence it's banned, demonetized, deplatforned, etc.

I'm not sure if I'd consider Deltarune as leftwing, but you're right that conservatives have few artistic instincts. Part of it is because they over specialized in income and created a value structure where earning 6 figures is the ideal. You even see it with dissidents who buy into the "women like the 666" meme, which doesn't make sense when artists slay.
Truth is, the right is composed of socially incompetent autists and shekel-grabbing materielists who gave up on faith to make a quick buck.
