I know he’s physically disabled, but it’s becoming quite clear that he is also mentally disabled. With his push to add only 5 republican seats with gerrymandering, California will add 9 democrat seats. Effectively ending republicans from ever having control of congress ever again. Leading to trumps eventual impeachment and removal from office.

How exactly would that work? Congress has the power to draw districts, and due to the CRA, certain groups get guranteed representation. There is no way to satisfy both these things without gerrymandering.

These amounts of representation would only be fishy signs of gerrymandering if the vote was something like 47%, not 40 or 43. Wisconsin is majority Democrat voters yet Republicans somehow have two thirds the representatives.
