At the end of the form there’s a part where they ask if you want to register to vote (don’t worry, they make you check a box and pinky promise that you’re a citizen). From that point on the illegal is on the voter rolls and since he probably doesn’t give a fuck the dnc will instead send Laquiesha Ballotharvester on election Tuesday to assemble a list of names that haven’t voted yet (this is an hourly-updated list posted at the front of the precinct).
