What can possibly be done at this point?
Most people seem to think that bring back insane asylums is the answer.
I'm of the opinion that these institutions will be used to silence political dissent.

It's no testament to sanity to be well-adjusted to an insane world. Anyone who isn't "depressed" or "anxious" about reality these days isn't paying enough attention to their surroundings.

I have a suggestion. Since psychology isn't a real science, then stop believing what those nut jobs tell you. Look up the replication crisis in psychology. Your experiences are valid, but they are not an illness or a disorder. If you believe they are, it makes it worse
