I went in the 90s and thought it was paradise. was there in 23 and honestly didn't believe it was the same place. landing at the airport honestly felt like landing in the 3rd world.

I'm sure it's like america where if you avoid certain areas and hide in specific bubbles it's still amazing. but when I visited in the 90s it wasn't like that. all the parks were filled with beautiful fit white people. and you had a small number of foreigners, almost entirely chinese. it was like a better version of america.

I really used to envy canada. now I look down on them. why fuck up your own country so bad? you literally got nothing. canada was 99% white in the 80s. now it's like 60% or some shit and these major cities are like 25% white in the schools.

you didn't even have a border problem or anything. you just invited them all in. and canadians can't complain about voting being fake because they voted the same way 4 times in a row despite things falling apart and there's basically no sign on the horizon of turning anything around. if anything you guys are doubling down on migration and making all of your problems out to be americas fault.

Vancouver is owned by the Chinese, plain and simple. They own it, everything. They control it. They not only own the property, but use their influence to basically control and own the entire city for their benefit. It's just a Chinese foreign-territory, along with a good few jeet hordes imported aswell. I've been and wouldn't even consider it Canadian, it does feel foreign in a lot of ways. Downtown Eastside is unironically probably the most homeless filled area in the WORLD. That street with the little clock tower on it is literally worse than skid row. It is just a massive horde of homeless junkies shooting up, like the entire street filled with them. Just head to fucking Victoria, far, far, FAR nicer in summer, extremely pretty, filled with white boomers and 80% white.

Vancouver is a foreign colony of chinks and poojeets in Canadindia.

It's honestly full of people doing drugs in the street. It has worse traffic flow than any other city I've been in. It is absolutely insane rents. Like you will spend 1000$ a month to rent a single bedroom in an 8 bedroom house filled with 10 other immigrants where people are sleeping on the sidewalk outside your building doing drugs. There is like street that is like 10 blocks long of people on carpets laying on the sidewalk like some middle eastern street bazaar, except they are all high on fentanyl and the ones selling things are just selling shit they stole out of peoples yards/cars in an open air flea market. I lived there for a few months doing electrical work and lots of the condos there are literally pouring water out the seams. Like the water is just pooling in the parkade because everything was built really shitty back in the 90s and falling apart. A shitty 1 bedroom apartment surrounded by drug addicts is like $3000 a month. I went there last year for a concert and when I tried to take the bus there was a guy smoking fentanyl right beside me on the bus station bench. The cops drove by and didn't do anything. Then the guy got on a bus and another guy got off and also starting smoking fentanyl right beside me. This is like 2 blocks away from condos that sell for over a million. The entire downtown core is insanely rich millionaire condos a block away from abject poverty and drug degeneracy. It is like a Brazilian or South African downtown but without the wall separating the poors from the rich. In the residential sections of the city like Mt. Pleasant people have turned all the single family homes into these giant 3 story mega mansions that take up the entire lot and are internally divided into like 5 sections like apartments so that they can be rented out to immigrants and students.

However, people there are really into gardening and have nice yards and I like that the city lets people garden in the small space between the sidewalk and the road.
