All Animals in the Animal Kingdom are Groomers. When a Chimpanzee reaches physical maturity, its body dictates that it begins the reproduction phase of the life cycle. Modern Humans descend from older generations of Humans that were groomed/married as teenagers. When you ban grooming, you ban the source of life itself. The Majority Age wasn't enforced aggressively until the modern era, hence the recent birth rate collapse. Up until the 70s, the old legal precedent was that minors that lied about age were held liable for contracts. Plenty of Teens lied to get married/enlist in the military & they were all held liable, they weren't considered satanic pedophile grooming victims.
