If you haven't noticed comedy is dead, everyone is sick of irony, I'm seeing more 'parasocial' and educational content now. Now Sam is deliberately pivoting into the right-wing grift, there's no more money in comedy so he's platforming off his formerly 'alt-right' fanbase which was mostly ironic contrarians as conservative politics re-enter the mainstream he too adjusts his content to meet the shift. It's kind of ridiculous how these people almost all started to shift away from SJW/woke/DEI carnivals/comedy to filtering into mainstream politics.
