Why are wagies still clocking in?

If you dont already own a house or come from a rich family you will never own one, this society is pretty much over. I cant think of anything more cucked and pointless than waging in 2025

This is different, if waging is able to secure you property its worthwhile for now. Im talking about 50 years old wagies that are still renting after being in the workforce for 30+ years

its incomprehensible

Watch the movie. He starts off depressed, then has an unusual lunch conversation with an old friend (Andre) who seems to have everything, only for Andre to admit he's terribly depressed. The film ends with him having a renewed perspective and he is thinking about art and music again.

Do you want to depend on others for your existence, or do you want others to depend on you for theirs?

That is the fundamental question all these 'wageslave' posters need to ask themselves.

The wage is certainly valuable, but the psychological benefits of being a necessary part of something larger than yourself is almost priceless.

The European people have been domesticated for thousands of years. They are bred to be perfect slaves. Those who would rebel were killed therefore limiting their ability to reproduce more of their kind. They feel a duty to grind wages for their master’s profits and fear the day they are seen as less than useful. It’s absolutely pathetic.

I just learned a scheme that's gonna get me a house. No one ever owns property. They have to pay taxes forever. If they miss their taxes you can take ownership of the property by paying off their tax bill. The tax bill is typically 10% of the home value. Boomers thought 50 years of hard work would have them retired. Wrong. They quit working and now can't afford their taxes so they go to live on the streets. I'll get their house and keep it so long as I can afford the taxes.

Just watch how they respond when you mention anything about inflationary fiat currency being digital coin clipping or for the “religious” ones mention how grinding for wages based in a currency issued by the same people who killed Jesus is sacrificing your time, which is a gift from The Father, for their enrichment. Watch them give you the fluoride stare at best or get violently angry at worst. It really shows you who is and is not aware of the truth of this material realm.

Most 50yos are wagies. Usually they are in a supervisory or Sr technical role and can afford a home though. If they can't, then either they are too incompetent to get promoted, or they picked a career where supervisory roles are the only promotion route and they are autistic or disagreeable.

Everybody depends on someone else for their existence. Remember that next time you have a cavity or flush your toilet. I don't mind that wagies like to trade their time so they can buy shiny trinkets for themselves, but this sanctimonious crap is just nonsense. You're not some paragon, you're just a man who believes his time is worth the trinkets you buy with it.

During covid here they made wagekikes with no goyvaxx certificates pay 50$ for test daily and one day i questioned my cousin who works for around that much a day why he is working and he said for money and i said if you count gas and groceries and all things considered you make less than you pay which means you are literally paying to work and he froze then unfroze and started talking about something else and kept doing it for a week or so before they made the tests 20$ which is still unprofitable when you draw the line.

I live in a house with my elderly dad and it is a total nightmare. You have to constantly work on it, it's basically a second job EVERY FUCKING WEEKEND.
You will have no free time.
Gardening.
Plumbing.
Fencing.
Painting.
Cleaning.
Roof work.
It drives me insane, I have no time for myself.
The house is in my name now so when my dad passes away(if I don't first) then I am going to sell this thing immediately and buy a 30 meter square studio.

You see, according to google "Approximately 20% of office spaces in the United States are currently vacant." You see this amount of vacant space could be used for living instead of letting the place empty for no reason at all and I honestly don't think that small stores will be coming back.

It's just logical to think that in 10 or maybe 20 years the owners of those spaces will start selling it to construction companies that will inevitable turn that commercial area into living areas. That will certainly bring some relief to the house marketing specially in big cities.

What can I get for 100k$ USD? I have nearly this much liquid mostly gold, silver and cash. I have world building/rebuilding skills that should transfer anywhere, at least in the industrializing world, before I was the top earner in a shop in the hood with a drill, shovel and a ladder. I still have half a life to carve out something meaningful but I do nothing but grind and try not to talk to myself in public because I'm losing it and burnt out. I wanted to go to Cambodia to pull a bitch out of the rice field and play gunsmith at one of their ranges full of neat but always malfunctioning guns. Without the third world to run to, it's hard to stay motivated in this place. I make money many would kill for, but it's just what the lower middle class used to be and those before me could afford starter homes. Everyone saying why don't people just give up, haven't seen what that looks like.

Well, i've overheard that banks can use realstate as a an asset to you know, inflate the banks total cap and you know how it works, your value in paper also represents how much you get to borrow and so on.

It might not be fair game but let's be honest here: what is the point in complaining about it if anyone is buying house anyway? Sure, it certainly creates some kind of monopoly over realstate which could potentially be an issue since if a major company own the most amount of houses on the market they can manipulate the prices but in general most people are heirs. You should also consider two other factors which is: many of older generations do own houses that inevitably will be passed on to their relatives when they die many don't want these houses and prefers to pay rent than go back living in their hometowns. What will happen when the elder generation start dying en masse and those houses are left empty? Some will have to buy them as well.

See, here in the city where I live in Brasil we have this kind of phenomenon. It's an old city in the countryside of São Paulo with a huge population of elders and many, many houses empty after these elders die. The relatives don't want the houses so they put it to rent or to sell but no one buys it cause no one is interested in living in such a city nowadays.

Constantly inflating asset classes only work with constantly inflating wages, which no one is paying because there is downward pressure on wages through AI, jeets or just straight layoffs. Real estate rides the bubble up with significant lag, once those underwater and builders realize it, there's still billions of dollars in mcmansions, luxury apartments and investment properties in progress. Right now builders are offering huge incentives and deals to get excess inventory sold or the more delusional are keeping the gears turning until prosperity comes from somewhere. Because of this in some markets new homes are costing less than comparable used homes, because most of those retards can wait and are clinging to their zestimates. But those that can't wait are getting fucked, longer as time goes on. Pivoting to rentals won't work for most, there was a push on luxury townhouses and apartments due to better returns but selling or renting those in a downturn just to break even will be difficult, you'll see a lot of over leveraged developers get got. If I was a well to do executive or ceo I'd hold a large cash position and scavenge the bottom for company housing and offer reduced, per area average, rent to young talent to keep resort effect from having nothing but established boomers that don't know how to rotate pdfs without overpaying untested trash.

Not sure why you deleted this, but you just described the sort of struggle that most on /pol/ agree is what we should all be doing rather than shitposting on here on a daily basis. My parents recently died and I'm now living in their house in the country and experiencing the stress of everything you're talking about, and you know what? It's an INCREDIBLY more preferable form of struggle and anxiety than living in an apartment in a big city wondering how we're going to afford the rent that just went up 200 bucks a month.

I'm going to assume you're between the age of 25 and 35. If you are, hold off on selling that house. You will appreciate it later in life.
