Nah it was the jungle beats that made people overindulge in drugs. Back in the 70s people didn’t even know cocaine was bad for you because it was used in a classy way in moderation. And sure people smoked a few little spliffs back in the day occasionally, but not the supersized chronic blunts that the rappers on tv started promoting to innocent kids.

I've never been bothered by rap, I consider it part of mainstream culture and I've always been alternative, anyone who listens to rap I consider a mainstream uninteresting airbreather, it's a good way to indicate their kind
