actually yes. there are mexican supermarkets near me and they sell rolls of ground beef almost expired for like 3 dollars a lb sometimes. beef in those rolls lasts forever passed the best buy date especially if you freeze them. doesn't work for the packages they wrap because too much air gets inside.

If you can't afford meat, then have some rice & beans cooked in vinegar water with a little corn meal as a seasoning.
Cheese on top, if you can afford it.
I eat some once in a while, just because I like it. I also put some meat fat on it too, but if you don't eat meat, then I guess you won't have any.
I collect the meat fat after the meat has cooked, with spices, it adds a good flavor to the rice & beans.
I also work out in a gym, and do heavy manual labor working on my property. I still have a lot of projects.

For breakfast, I had American wagyu summer sausage (local rancher, local producer), sauteed with bell pepper and onion in eggs. Everything cooked only in fat from the sausage.
For lunch, I had 1/3rd lb grass fed and finished 85/15 ground beef with sharp cheddar on garden and spinach greens, with a barbecue-seasoned ranch, pickles, tomatoes, and onions. Homemade cheeseburger salad.
For dinner, I’m thinking about the same, maybe with a cup of Icelandic skyr yogurt.

Today was probably in the 1400-1500 calorie range, with 125g-ish of protein. I have no metabolic issues whatsoever

TL;DR I eat about a pound of high quality beef each day as the staple of my diet, complemented with cheese, yogurt, eggs, and vegetables.

You don’t even need to go to a gym. Eat a balanced meal, get 6-8 hours of sleep daily, and fast pace your walks. At least two miles daily.

I think you should drive your car across your country a few times instead of flying next time. It will totally make it perform better and you'll get a better car when you're done.

Pfft...

I mostly eat Aussie beef here. But tarrif free US beef is about to hit the market here soon, so that'll be great because it will drive down the prices some. I'll just eat more beef, I'll eat both US and Aussie beef depending on which cuts I'm in the mood for.
When I'm in the states to visit, I probably consume a small herd just on my own. I usually keep a half in my brother's freezer for when I'm back for a couple months. Grain finished of course.
Anyone disrupts my beef diet and I'll switch to long pig, starting with them.

Ya man, it's WAYYYY better than steak strips. Mix in seasoning (i get mine pre-made from the store) and you roll it nice and thin get it in the de-hydrator and then after 6 hours you get the tastiest jerky ever.

I eat at least a half pound a day. Its the only food I eat that makes me actually feel good. After eating a steak I feel so much stronger and have so much more natural energy its ridiculous, I don't know how anybody can live without beef.

I can't think of a day when I don't eat beef. Even on my most impoverished of days, it's in the chili and stews.

Pretty much. Ground beef is so plentiful that I'd be hard pressed to find a day when there isn't anything for half off.
