You guys need to make up your minds about what you want out of working conditions. Half of you praise those who work long hours and half of you don't want to be slaves and think any sort of work is exploitation.

The ones who praise work and want longer hours are usually kikes and retired boomers.
Glowniggers too.
This place is 99% shills it's so disgusting.

The real problem, I think, is what people consider "work hours".
I've had jobs where I had to legitimately put in 60 hours of manual labor a week. And that was bullshit.
I've had office jobs where I've put in 60 hour weeks in which I only truly worked for maybe 10 hours out of the week, and the rest of it was spending time in the office because it had much more powerful equipment than I had at home, so I could do my hobbies more efficiently.
I've worked customer service jobs where merely 20 hours a week made me seriously consider killing myself.
People in the military think they work "24/7" when in reality they work a total of ~5 hours a week.
Fire fighters. Cops. Teachers. A lot of professions act like they're always working, when in reality it just means "Hours I am not at my house, but also not necessarily being productive"

>Those that do will struggle to care for them in a society where dual income is the standard
>Many men will never own homes
>Those that do will buy wood and paper nuHomes that won’t outlive their owner
>The average man is now facing a life of no marriage, no children, and no home ownership

I don’t think all work is exploitation but the goal of any sane person is to maximize the amount of money they make while minimizing the time they have to spent working. Bragging about being a slave is embarrassing.

Most of his work is now eaten by taxation and inflation, which is swiftly given away to blacks who contribute nothing, but keep working hard.

Bonus Goycattle points if you're on salary and get paid absolutely nothing for those extra 60 hours. The company will remember you, please keep working harder.

Personally I think weekends should be abolished. Wagies ruin two days of every week for no good reason. Just ruin those days with unnecessary noises and congestion and the interminable boring things they say. My world would be 28.5% better if weekends were abolished.

If wages kept up with cost of living (AKA.inflation) I would be making well over 100 dollars an hour in my work. Pay me what I deserve and I'll then pretend to give a fuck. Until then I will just continue ruining women, getting comatose drunk and not giving a fuck

I work a lot. My only goal is to retire, at whatever age, to the country side and become self sufficient. If I had enough money to not hold a job, I'd already be there. It would be the hardest work of my life and I'd be happy to do it.
The difference between me and a neet is they don't want to work. Period. We both want to be removed from the system, not have a boss, be by ourselves, ect, but they want to achieve it all without lifting a finger. I have yet to encounter a single neet on all my time online that has any meaningful hobbies, interests, or even ability to work on projects in a physical space.
Enjoy your video games in moms basement, I'll be in my garden.

I'm working as much as possible right now to pay off my debts and take a micro-retirement. I'm 35. My rent is dirt cheap and I autistically eat the same cheap shit and enjoy it. No kids and no gf so I'm fucking golden. Gonna neet as hard as I can and hopefully die of a heart attack as soon as possible.

If your job doesn't end with a physical object that can be interacted with, it's bullshit.
>But muh tech jerbs are XX% of the GDP!
Oh, great. Your imaginary number is very large and very impressive. Your imaginary number isn't going to feed anybody though. It's not going to save you when the lights go out. It's actually going to paint a target on you. Enjoy your large numbers on spread sheets, useless eater.

Doing a job for someone should be a voluntary fair exchange in which both parties get what they want. Forced to do a job for someone to survive, is what slavery is.
The guy working 100 hours a week, obviously loves his job enough to not have a problem doing it for 100 hours a week. That's easy. Work only gets hard when you either get shit pay and/or hate your job.

Many people don't actually care about productivity but whatever prestige that comes with their job. If someone brags about their work or makes a big deal out of it, chances are they're not working that much. There's no respect for people working long hours.
