No, because each cancer is a different set of mutation that require different handling.
Whales found a way to rawdog cancer tho: just be big enough. Tumors always kill themselves at some point - as long as your body is large enough than even a fat tumor is just an annoyance, then cancer can't do shit beyond being an annoyance. Not really applicable to humans outside of OP's mom, sadly.
