I actually dropped out of school when I was 13 in 1999. I had moved and lost all my friends, then I dropped out of the new school in 1 month. A lot of the people I interacted with in these jobs recoginize something is wrong but are either too scared or reliant on their job to do anything but continue the new age indentured servant grind.
I think the work place toxicity and office politics is the byproduct of the many of the modern peasent class (the "working" class) knowing homelessness is only a few months away.
Hell, the only reason I found to continue working was to avoid homelessness so I can't blame the normies too much.
I don't have much hope left of finding a "better job" or a workplace that isn't toxic or voltaile to anyone competent.
The idea of working hard and being recoginized is dead. I don't know how these people, especially the millenials, survive with college debt, kids, and all the bills needed in modern life from phones to needing a damn tax for owning a pet.

I'm convinced that most of this country runs on credit.
