Why didn't the Biden administration bring up the Epstein files to stop Trump? I know, probably because democrats are in it too. But if they're so scared of him being a fascist dictator, wouldn't that sacrifice be worth it?

If it came out Trump was in the files during the election, that might've been an easy win. Maybe not, but possibly.

Yes. They could've released the Epstein files during any of Trump's campaigns, yet instead, they hid Biden in a basement for his first campaign, claimed Hunter's laptop stuff was just Russian disinfo, claimed Trump refused the National Guard on Jan 6th when it was Pelosi who turned down help, and swapped out Biden last minute when everything else wasn't working. Plus whatever else. So either Trump isn't involved as some think, or top Dems are also involved.
