Based, I have to drive through Beverly Hills for work everyday for a night shift from 10pm-6am. Every day driving to work I blast my horn randomly, then coming home as well to wake them up again in the early morning. I call myself the honkler, the one who disturbs the elites and makes then listen to what we have to hear being surrounded by shitskins in some shitty apartment off the side of the road. I honk at them too, one was doing aome dumb shit in the intersection at a stop sign and I honked right in his window. Reacted like he was gonna pull me over but what will he do? I'll just say he was blocking traffic for no reason.

I also looked it up in California vehicle code, if there's a road that's too narrow for 2 cars to fit at once, and you're coming around a bend, it says the driver shall honk. I'm literally required by law to disturb them on the roads that are too narrow which is all of them up in the hills. The law is on my side, the elites must be woken. What else can I do? Don't wanna break the law.

This is a HUGE problem with the California legal system and why criminals get away with so much here. California Penal Code is some retarded shit made up in the 1850s and modified by dumb hippies. There's still phrases like "house of ill fame" to describe a whorehouse, and master and slave are still designations in some of the statutes. They refuse to adopt the revised statutes system like a civilized state, nothing is properly defined and it's all common law bullshit left up to a judge to interpret. One major dumbfuckery is the police have the exact same arrest powers as any random untrained person. Seriously you have the same powers to arrest as a cop, but you must witness the crime. Police can't take someone to jail if they didn't witness a misdemeanor, but the person who witnessed it or the victim of it can arrest them. The police can come and issue a citation to appear in court, and the victim/witness has to sign it making the arrest. They're the actual arresting officer, some random person. Now places like LA that have so much crime are able to make policies saying they will not allow civilians to make arrests and it has to be witnessed by a sworn officer. So that department has a policy where they can't arrest the dude. They will still put an unmarked unit outside and wait for him to break the law. He's already admitted to doing it, it's disturbing the peace and possibly (likely) also harassment he'd be charged with since it's repeated. LAPD has it's own unit where they go around to known porn filming locations and fine them if they're filming without a permit, and Hollywood movie studios too. They do all that petty shit but haven't handled this guy, because it really is about revenue generation for that kiked city...

There's also shit like cops can't arrest you between the hours of 9pm-7am or something, idk the exact hours but it's because the court isn't open at night. So you can break any fucking law you want at night and not go to jail. There's only 8 exceptions for a cop to make a warrantless arrest and they're the most random reasons.
