Most people won't ever commit real violence. They vote for it, and let police and war dogs serve their will, or at least, the will of the people, the majority votes into office.
I call for a race war all the time. No one ever does anything, they just sit and bitch and complain, or buy some land and run away. Humanity shys away from the violence, it truly takes to bring civilization back to order. We've expended most of the men willing to die for something greater. The only people willing to do these days are people in destabilized 3rd world countries.
When society starts to eat itself, a true return to order will come. But some terrible, terrible events will happen before most people are prepared for the change.
