waht's the best weapon you can get in your country?
what weapon you can get without
>having to register it
>not needing any license
>should not have any restrictions outside of being adult

for me it's a breech loading single shot civil war carbine like picrel

Can't you basically 3D print assault rifles at home? Like the CF39 or however it's named, you got the blueprints online and it's designed in such a way you can find all the metal pieces in any hardware store.
It's not legal tho, but who cares at this point.

I have access to several CNC machines at work, almost any raw material I want as well as a high power cutting laser. I also have access to anodizing baths so I can make appropriate coatings.
I can make pretty much anything during night shift so long as I have the schematic, the only issue might be the barrel itself so I guess I'm limited to smaller cartridges. Obtaining ammo might be the hardest part here though I could probably get tons of casings, manually cast the bullets and replace the primer. Getting smokeless powder would be a challenge. I have made black powder before.

in german law it's funny that black powder falls under german explosives law BUT matchstick powder does not. (which is a drop in replacement for black powder)

so you can own as much matchstick powder as you want without needing any license.

and no it's not a legal loophole, the law EXPLICTLY excludes matchstick powder

37mm is fine. Problem is munitions are each, individually, serialised and registered destructive devices under the NFA and you'll need IIRC a class 10 FFL to make any use of one.

If we're assuming a 4473 counts as registry or restriction (because it is) and not blatantly breaking any laws then we're probably talking about an AR-10 built off an 80% receiver.

Black powder Remington 1858 or Colt SAA : you just need to be 18+
Black powder and Smokeless powder are not restricted at all
Bullets you can buy or forge yourself with lead from fishing bait, or car batteries
Primers you may make them at home : plenty of tutoriels available from when r*ssian invasion started and we ended up with a shortage.

Also, almost all pre-1900 weapons can be bought when you are 18+, but you are limited ton vintage ammo : modern reproductions or refills are forbidden until you have a hunting or a sport-shooting license

My main issue with these things is that they have the same exact weakness as classic firearms - moisture and corrosion, fixing a regular gun can often be done with manually operated tools, you don't even need power in many cases, while dealing with batteries will always require a specialized workshop.

Because its blackpowder. you basically get two good shots. and to be fair... it will fit in ur waste band. and is not considered an ffl required firearm. but if a murderous felon uses it in a nother commission of crime it will be considered a firearm / deadly weapon. https://internationalsportsman.com/double-barreled-12-gauge-shotgun-pistol-review-the-diablo/

Depends. Strict gun laws were legacy of decades of commie totalitarism. However, since Russian invasion on Georgia it seems as if each next government wants actually to arm people and turn Poland into Finland/Israel (but without military conscription). Right now getting gun license for semi auto (no matter if .22 pistol or 7.62x51 rifle) is now as easy as getting driving license. Few years ago there was even discussion on allowing full auto under standard license, so this will probably come back on the table with next Russian chimpout.

However decades of communism killed gun culture in society and there are very few people who actually bother to get any license and without license it's basically black powder.

Full auto assault rifles are legal for sporting purposes, although you need to be a member a sport shooting club who can give you a recommendation for owning a full auto AK or AR. also, you need to build a dedicated armory in your house in order to own one, protected with iron bars and such. The reason why most people don't get one is because currently there's no civilian shooting discipline that uses such guns and dedicated sport shooters only buy guns for competition use only.

No. 3D printed guns are a meme. When people claim they are 3D printing a gun, what they are really doing is printing the receiver. All the important components (barrel, trigger, BCG, etc.) of the firearm are still purchased from proper manufacturers.

The only guns that can be 100% 3D printed are shitty single shot pistols that break after firing a few shots through them.

Yep, anything made before end of 1890 is just 18+. You can even own ammo legally as long as you can find someone who is willing to sell you...
Gews are stamped with year when produced so as long as there is 1888/1889/1890 it is perfectly legal.
It's not a perfect gun, but one of the best you can have unregistered - most will eat 8x57JS if you are brave enough, so you are not bound by some obscure ammo you need to reload yourself.

We have three categories.

1: Weapons that require no licensing, registration or exemption.
2: Weapons that require an exemption
3: Weapons that require licensing, registration and reasoning

For category 1 the best you’ll get is a bow or a knife. A single shot pistol is exempt from regulation if it was manufactured before 1900, and a longarm manufactured before 1900 is exempt if the ammunition is not commercially available. These would include flint locks, cap locks and so on, but can be incredibly difficult to find and if you do find them they’re usually very expensive. They are however technically the β€œbest” weapons you can get in Cat 1.
For category 2 you are looking at repeating mag fed crossbows, swords and so on. Category 3 is modern firearms.

If you're going for an original there are better revolvers and certainly a lot more of those knocking around Europe. Colt didn't make good guns, he made cheap guns and they're not cheap any more c/o boomer LARP.

I wonder if you could modify nerf guns into gyorjet weapons.
Packing a hollowed out nerf with an explosive load plus trigger, then attaching some solid propellant similar to a solid rocket booster should do the trick. With how big nerfs are it should be possible to accelerate it to lethal speeds when using an air compressor on top, the hardest part is most likely building and fitting a trigegr mechanism for the whole thing that ignites the propellantwhile making sure the Nerf is accelerated straight ahead before ignition for a tleast a modicum of precision.

depends but the TL;DR is this

match & flintlocks
=> all variations are legel 18+. they can even be repeaters (yes those exist) and multi barrel.

percussion cap guns:
must be single shot and NOT repeating and SINGLE barrel and then it'S 18+

if a gun is muzzle or breech loading does not matter

I guess I put it into american terms

A big thing here is people with licenses who find themselves in dire straights through gambling or drugs will often stage an aggravated burglary and their firearms and ammo goes for a good price. Nope the launcher is a destructive device (DD) banned in most states and requires strict NFA permitting, each grenade is also a DD requiring the same process and restrictions (e.g. lots of states banning them). You probably open yourself up to all sorts of state and local regulations about storage and use of them too. Unironically I think machine guns are easier to get in this country.

For real the best you can probably do no registration (except for cuck states) firepower wise is an AR-15 or AR-10 with a Forced Reset Trigger and an actual high capacity drum mag.

The Great Depression was pretty bad here. just about all the wildlife of any kind got hunted for food. Conservationists made a concerted effort to reintroduce prey species people wanted to hunt in the 1940s and 1950s. Predator species have followed more slowly.

Losing your weapon as a soldier wether it was stolen or not nets you a couple of years in prison here and while there are instances of guys who do it, it's usually for a big criminal organization.
Nobody would sell a demilitarized gun to an Arab or a junkie, the control is very serious.
Honestly the only things I'd have a hard time manufacturing myself would be the barrel and the ejection/gas system as well as a trigger mechanism though I suspect I could simply order them online. Guys in the army often mod their kit with store bought parts here.
The barrel however is a different story. I suppose I could drill one myself, but I doubt I could manage a full length rifle barrel. Maybe a submachine gun. Come to think of it, I bet I could make a Sten within a week.

Let me explain while Igor mommy shows him the kitchen for the first time.
If a knife is simultaneously:
- longer than 9 cm;
- thicker than 2,5 mm but les than 6 mm;
- has a guard;
- also has appropriate hardness;
- and a pointy tip.
than it is a "cold weapon" so you need a license.
Also folding knife could not be automatical.
That's about it.

The last I checked in the UK and Ireland it's estimated half the illegal firearms are illegally reactivated, the rest come from the Balkens (lot a Russian guns and ammo).

I mean of course you can get like ~10-ish rounds out of a automatic firearm with black powder (if you are lucky) but I doubt any military would hae adopted such a firearm.
and even then rifeling would have been a massive issue. maybe smoothbore automatics would have been the standard?
