You heave to learn to like hunger, hunger only feels bad in the first day or two, than its a nice feeling, really becomes enjoyable you kinda feel continously drunk.
Just eat NOTHING, only take basic supplements like vitamins and minerals.

It's not starving, it's fasting.
Just drink coffee and water for 3 days, eat for a day or two, then fast for another 3 days.
If you want to learn about salts (potassium, sodium) then you can do 4+ days, but I dislike drinking snake juice / salty water.
The more you do it, the easier it gets. You're not even hungry after the third day.

You can do it, OP. After you break the insulin/grelin spike pattern (~18-20 hours), it actually feels quite nice and I find I don't think about food much as long as I'm mildly involved with something else. I fast pretty regularly and I enjoy the clear, relaxed, focused feeling I get. Other people say the same thing.

Also I would recommend watching some videos explaining the benefits of fasting-- I find that when I'm not eating it helps to think about all the good things happening in my body. Cell repair, HGH production, even stem cell production and anti-aging effects at a certain point.

Can confirm, former fatty here.
I started with keto diet first, toughest 3 weeks of my life as my body went through sugar withdrawal. After 3 weeks though it was smooth sailing. Didnt feel hunger at all, had to remember to eat, the signal was weakness or dizziness. After 3 months i incorporated fasting and the weight melted off.
6 months total went from 15.5 stone to 11.5 stone, or 217 lbs to 161lbs.
Anon is correct about fasting, from day 3 onwards hunger is not an issue.
Some other benefits i noticed
Better skin, better hair, more energy, more sociable, inproved mentality, and the strangest one that nobody ever believes. From month 2 till i finished, whenever i needed to shit, i didnt need to wipe. I still did but for 4 months it came up clean. Thats ultimately what convinced me that keto is our natural diet. Oretty sure our shit is supposed to have a lipid casing that prevents smearage

You need to increase motility, which means increasing the effectiveness of your digestive system. In other words, increasing metabolism.
The most effective way to do this quickly is to supplement your digestion with digestive enzymes.
You can buy digestive enzyme supplements at any Walgreens or CVS for under $10.
These will help you digest and poop a lot faster (increased motility) which speeds up your metabolism and starts burning through stored fats and waste material.
You need to poop more and digestive enzymes (and maybe laxatives) could save your life.

That shit is great if you're just looking to get rid of a little bodyfat to reveal your abs or something.
For actual fatties though? It takes a herculean will and effort to maintain that for the year or so required to actually get good results. And your hungry the whole time. And it reduces your metabolism. And it cannibalises muscle as well as fat.

Keto and fasting are much more sustainable, maintainable, muscle sparing and actually rewires your metabolism resulting in long lasting, effectual change.
Wtf even are calories? They take some food, remove the water content, light it on fire, use that fire to heat up a volume of water and measure the tenperature increase of the water. Is that how your body metabolises food? Is your body a furnace? What role do hormones play (insulin particularly?)
Calories in/out is too simplistic to be useful in long term weight loss. Thats why actual fatties have so much trouble maintaining any weight loss. I ate a calorie surplus for 2 months and lost weight. How? Well, do you measure the calories in your poop? How do you know how many calories out you're achieving? Fucking fuck you mike isratell you jewish bubblegut faggot.
