Art. 1
Nobody does anything.
Art. 2
Every adult Serb has a starting salary of 5,000 dinars.
Art. 3
After five years, every Serb (in a house where there is no Serb, a Serb woman can also) has the right to a full pension.
Art. 4
The pension has periodic increases of 1,000 dinars per year.
Art. 5
A decision of the National Assembly must be made (and here, as an exception, for patriotic reasons, the Senate itself will agree with the Assembly), and this will be considered as a special point of the Constitution, according to which: fruits, useful plants in general, wheat and all other crops must grow fabulously well, and twice a year, and if there is a deficit in the state budget, then three, and, of course, if necessary and more times, as the financial committee finds appropriate.
Art. 6
Livestock, absolutely all, without distinction of sex and age, also thrives, according to legal order, that is, with the approval of both houses, very well, and multiplies very quickly.
Art. 7
Livestock may not in any case receive a salary from the state treasury, except for emergency state needs.
Art. 8
Anyone who thinks about state affairs is punished.
Art. 9
Finally, one may not think about anything without special permission from the police, because thinking destroys happiness.
Art. 10
In the first place, the police may not think about anything at all.
