Hi Op, I feel very similar to your testimony. I am only 27, I have two degrees. I actually achieved a bunch of cool things, had a ton of friends and attention growing up outside of the home because I was gonna kms do to how my retarded parents are. I mean that, both of my parents are undiagnosed retards. My father's OCD has him picking fights over how much water I put in the coffee pot, and my mom is addicted to TV.
I am going back to comm college to earn my real estate license, it's less than $300. I was a salesmen and frankly quite good out of college, was gonna kms do to the workload and cold calling though. Worked some awful jobs after that in between NEETdom and addiction to pot. Moved back home last year, happy to not be bleeding money.
Anyway I sorta understand abuse you see. The only revenge I can ever have on them to see that they treated me wrong and raised me too hard for a world that doesn't even exist; is to commit sudoku. I just also know now though that they would celebrate it, so I just try to be very quiet and say nothing and stay in my room

I go to work. I drive my delivery truck. I come straight home, and sit alone, in my room. I've been doing this for years. I have no one and nothing. Years and years of parental abuse and bullying ruined me, and once I was an adult I was too broken to attempt a normal life. I'm 40 years old. I don't want to live like this anymore but I don't know what to do. I want love, I want to feel what it's like to have someone who cares for you, but even the idea of trying to approach other people paralyzes me and makes me feel like I can't breathe. I did the math and found out if my parents gave their house to me I still couldn't afford the upkeep, much less a mortgage, a wife, and three kids. The past four years have set me back so much I am actually making the least amount of money I ever have.

I would love to be a father and support a wife and kids with a great job. Society isn't letting me. I don't want to be blackpilled but I don't see any alternative. As I get older and the door starts to close on a family I'm starting to resign my fate and try to think of a different future.

just as a btw, my dad (factory worker in a paper mill) had one of these kinds of computers when I was little. No GUI, you had to type everything in. I looked up the exact model and checked the price vs inflation

It was over $5000 adjusted when I checked (years ago), today I guess that's basically $8000 - $10000 or more, especially after the covid inflation.
