Americans hate each other (and ourselves) and despite supposedly being the wealthiest country in history we can't actually build anything or solve any problems because we have allowed every single step of any attempt to do so to be dragged out and ruthlessly gouged by bloodsucking consultants, lawyers, "experts", and interested parties. This collapse in dynamism is like gasoline for a lot of our social problems, young people and poor people need turnover in a society to have opportunities for social mobility but our entire economy has hard pivoted towards passive rent extraction from an ever growing basin of economic losers.

Its something much darker than people realize. The homeless problem is because we have lost hope in our ability to live a meaningful future. The fentanyl, alcoholism, and psychosis that keeps these people in these lifestyles is secondary, not cause. The primary is the errosion of the human soul. The desire of a meaningful and beautiful life. The only future one can see no matter how you live your life is still a future where you are a cog in a machine. Be it a millionaire or factory worker. Everything, be it politics, engineering, social movements, economics, the entertainment industry, all off it, is now organized not to enrich the human life but to manage outcomes. To keep things stable so the house of cards does not fall. Thats why there is no new innovations. Every political movement fizzles out or just replaces the old one. Why anything that can truly snap us out of this nightmare gets chewed up and incorporated. The true value of life has been over written and paved over by the goals and rules needed to sustain society, not the human heart.

We are trapped in the belly of this machine. And the machine is bleeding to death.

americans actually hate each other and get convinced by the goverment its all about race, when it obviously is about wealth differences. no wonder the superrich pushed black lives matter to take eyes of the obvious problem and replace it with something stupid and easily understandable like racism

Drugs have been used forever and there was never a homeless problem until modern capitalism

There's not a homeless problem in Africa because you can just build your own house anywhere and no one cares.

>>513024153
Homeless people includes people living in:

- Vehicles (including $200,000 RVs)
- Shelters
- Forests/wilderness
- Motels
- Temporarily at family/friends

Anyone without a permanent address

The people most visible are people with mental/drug issues, so that's the only people you think are homeless because you're a fucking retard

Money goes to nonprofits that are owned by politicians, but the nonprofits don't help and when they do all they're doing is enabling the problem.

No it’s because they like drugs more than anything else. If you’re homeless from bad circumstances but want to get back on your feet there are dozens of programs to help with that. Homelessness is a choice.

Genetics+ cultural shame for choosing to be different/more stable.
Just choose cultural stereotypes that are naturally damning and then shame the low iq's to stay in line and keep damaging their neighbors. Eventually even smarter ones will just "want to fit in" and minimize social damage/shame.
That is very simply how you'll legally attack an area/peoples: financial incentives/convenience enough to pull them into a consistent and stable enjoyable area until that area loses its consistency and stability enough for future generations/children to lose hope for a future in that area and never come back, which just left the problems aggressive stereotype to breed and cost the state more/force subsidies and inflation cost's more.

Drugs offer more consistent outcome than hope and betrayal that results in wishing you were dead or never born. Parents kick their kids out after teaching them nothing useful and jacking up their passive incomes rent 3x over the course of their children's lives, while having never had to catch up with rising rent costs themselves. My mom raised me and my sister in a 650$ a month 2 bedroom apt in socal. She acquired 3 properties off her meager accounting job in 10 years. She sold them all to get a big single bedroom house with a big yard for dogs in Ojai. I have no place to stay when I want to go visit her and her bf just died, but she wanted to leave him anyways(after 20 years of being together, 400%+ the amount of time she spent with my dad) because he yelled alot and was unemployed watching YouTube reels all day. This is her idea of a successful life, and to be honest she did a lot better than most and has a head for business enough to aquire and fix up 3 houses while kinda sorta raising us. But she did only have to take care of us half the time and got a week off of being a parent every other week, which is an advantage that parents who stick together don't even have... Sucks coz my father's family is very very wealthy with many properties but they have even less to offer than my mother because of their value of perception and believing that having family stay with you makes you looks bad. I was kicked out at 17 but I had a car and a job luckily, was the only kid I knew that young that could get hired and they only hired me coz "I'd be an adult within the year"
Spent way too much time homeless and wondering regardless, my dad's family ust lost some lawsuit that cost them 15million but they are still unworried and happy go lucky spending on flowers and shit.. like thousands of dollars on flowers that last less than a month and then they throw them out. Whatever, I raise my child in private and choose not to expose them to my family.
