This is the most obvious answer to the situation. In 2015 Trump had every part of the federal government's intelligence apparatus arrayed against him Is along with all of the powers that be and all the money that they had to work with. FBI, NSA, secret service, so on and so on. If they literally had evidence to infer that he was doing any of these things with any kind of legitimacy, it would have been leaked or released or used over the last entire fucking decade where the powers that be have made it entirely clear that they are terrified of having him or anybody who agrees with him in office.
