I am starting to think that is is because if she agrees on differences between people, race, sex etc, she'll have to consider a lot of other uncomfortable things, like why aren't there any women in the top 100 chess players. With normies a different approach is needed. You have to just expose them to information repeatedly, which evokes and emotional reaction. Then with time they'll change their mind. It's only as they're starting to come around to it that you can then use things like statics to confirm their feelings on it. If you don't wait they will find any excuse to rationalise their current beliefs and it won't matter, you'll be wasting your time.

Also accept that the process can take years, you have to do it in small doses and over a long period.

Is it "fair"? No. But your enemy is dishing out software updates that is putting incredibly destructive behaviours in them. All you're really doing is trying to counter at least some of that.

You don't use reason, you use consensus cracking. Normies pass everything through a consensus filter, so what you need to do rather than use reason on an individual is infiltrate the clique they feel is important and begin shifting the overton window. Start making inappropriate but innocent jokes about race, get them laughing and make it a staple of their humor. When lemmings see each other laughing at something, it gives and reinforces their permission to laugh at it in that social setting. Sure the rules of the clique might be at odds with greater society but all things being equal the clique is more important to the normie, his particular section of the herd is more immediate and relatable than the greater herd. Then start drip-feeding them watered-down redpills but use humor to make them go down easy and you can get them into "Not all blacks are bad but...." territory and let the consensus in the clique reinforce it. Then give them the stronger medicine but slowly and its possible to get them thinking right. This is slow, laborious and by no means easy but it CAN work on the small scale and especially if you have accomplices. As long as their not socially crippled, the more consensus voices you can add to your opinion in a clique, the better.
