Eisenhower never had any death camps of Germans. It is a complete lie. 56k people are record dying in American post war camps which is what you'd expect in a post war environment.
Also - as you already know but are deliberately ignoring, German Americans were detained for being supporters or activists for nazism, while Japanese were all rounded up just for being Japanese.

Whole point I was driving at is no war is truly civilized but you still try to retain some semblance of civilized behavior.
