I thought we were talking about international law. According to international law, it's very much in Israel. According to uti possidetis juris, it's been part of Israel since the Israeli declaration of independence, where the borders of the British Mandate with the neighboring countries (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria) became Israel's borders. Jordan conquering parts of the land doesn't change that; it only makes that land occupied.
When Israel and Jordan agreed on their borders in their peace treaty of 1994, there was no mention of the 1949 Armistice Agreements' lines as a reference point. There was a mention, however, only to the British Mandate's borders. The border went along the river Jordan. That means that between Israel and Jordan, the only two countries to exist and to contest this region, it was decided and agreed that Jordan would be to the east of the river and Israel to the west of it. What other country could "West Bank" be associated with, when the two countries agreed it's part of Israel?

There was no state or entity called Palestine in 1948. There was the British Mandate of Palestine, whereas "Palestine" refers to the land rather than any entity. Rewriting history may have worked on you, but it won't work here.
Have you noticed how the the image you yourself posted doesn't say Palestine or Palestinian anywhere? It says ARAB-Israeli war. It shows arrows of neighboring Arabs invading the land and capturing it green from outside the borders, and Israel holding the attack back.
At the end of the war, the armistice lines (right side of your image) were between Israel and the neighboring Arab countries, not anything called Palestine. Jordan held onto Judea and Samaria and called it West Bank because it held lands from both sides of the river and needed a name to tell them apart. Egypt held onto Gaza. They held onto them for 19 years. No Palestinian state came out of that, just Egypt and Jordan and Israel in between.
