People always say Blackrock/etc is buying up all the housing in America so they can make everyone a renter. Well thats just one part of it. Maybe the real reason is they have been systematically kicking out people from their homes and building new homes for... guess who? Its for the millions of H1B visa workers coming from other countries but mostly India. There are entire neighborhoods everywhere where it is ONLY new immigrants. They will only rent to them and only them. They are making way to replace all Americans with the new low wage slave class from India.

When AI and robots start replacing millions of jobs (Retail workers, office workers, accountants, lawyers, truck drivers etc) Then millions of people will start taking Universal basic income payments from the government. People will not be able to afford houses/ insurance/ property taxes with no income. This is where i'm trying to find the connection. On one hand we have hoards of H1B's for a slave underclass. But on the other, a clear direction of A.I / Automation to replace and change the landscape entirely.

This is 100% true. I live in LA and when I drive down to Marina Del Rey there are large clustered luxury apartments around Google and other tech buildings. When you drive through it is ALL Asians. And I don’t mean Koreatown Asians where you know they are supposed to be. I mean secret self-contained neighborhoods (shops, schools, parks, etc.)where everybody is an H1B jest insectoid and they can walk to their tech job.

Private Equity as a whole only owns like 5-6% of single family homes in the US. The more insidious thing they do is establish credit facilities to help independent operators (i.e. stubborn boomers who "got theirs" and don't care if they destroy their children's futures for some extra $ to gamble and buy luxuries in retirement) get loans for turning homes into rentals. They get to just passively collect interest, while their current portfolio of homes goes up in value as more homes are taken off the market to be turned into speculative assets. I imagine a few years down the road these PE firms will liquidate their portfolios at the tippy top of the housing market, and turn all these boomers into bagholders when prices inevitably crash, and they can then just scoop up cheap foreclosures.

This is true.
There is an international property company called Urbeo owned by a New York jewish homosexual.
It receives accelerated planning permission here to build "rental only" apartment blocks.
Whoever deals with the applications obviously purposely prioritises immigrants.
For example they built about seven blocks near me and about 75% of the tenants are foreign with the majority Indian and other sub-continentals.
Also the apartments are right beside an industrial park mostly of pharma and IT.
So international corporations give jobs to foreigners who are in turn given accomodation by other foreign corporations.
Bypassing the natives.
This provides the rich with many benefits including:

destruction of homogenous european populations
Increases the value of real estate assets thus helping bank balance sheets
It all ensures Euros are last in line both for accomodation and jobs.

They are mostly buying in states with proven market rate increases and higher home values. It's nothing more than a portfolio asset to them. Buy home for $800k cash so no interest costs. Rent for 2k-3k and it's an ok market rate return. While the core asset in most cases just goes up. So total return can easily hit ten percent or more.
I'm honest surprised no other Corp had tried to do this in the past. I assume the returns and hassle at older price points and $600 rent etc wasn't worth it compared to commercial holdings. Back when commercial builders where hot shit. Now retail is dying and work from home is strangling office complexes. So corps are moving into housing market.

Nice try but actually owning home means nothing because you don't own the land and your home is taxed so it can be taken at any time. And it's not them refusing to rent to anyone else, landlords end up as foreigners or cheap people and they refuse to lower price or want to bring only their own people in (assume former is citizen and latter is immigrant) and only dirty disgusting jeets will live 20 people per room in bunk beds. Prices are the jewz doing but my theory is correct if you just look at Chinatown in Brooklyn. Chinese get their hands on a building, then they only take Chinese tenants. Stores only have signs in Chinese. They don't even speak English. This is how you get invaded, and investation like bugs or mice, feeding off of you, gaining in numbers in the dark corners before you know it your home is gone.

If you were wondering non citizens cannot even own property in China. But every other country will sell itself out to them. Chinese are for products, although it's moving largely towards Bangladesh, which is next to India. Indians are cheap cattle slaves, without them rulers cannot control you.
