Nope, each vote of a Luxemburger has 10.115 times the "weight" of a German vote. They get about 10 times as many seats in the EU "parliament" as a German voter. Malta nearly the same. The smaller EU members all have much more influence then they would have if the EU was a "democracy". We are being dominated by the tax havens of the elites, by very small and easily corrupted political entities.
