Rabbinic Judaism didn't even start becoming a thing until 70AD and wasn't fully established until 200AD. That's 200 years after the crucifixion of Christ. And it's basically just a mash up of the Canaanites, Edomites and Babylonian religions and practices.
The Christian Church was established in 30AD. So it predates Judaism.
Pre-Rabbinic Judaism has nothing to do with Rabbinic Judaism. It was the religion of all 12 tribes.And it's had no established name during it's time although It was sometimes referred to as the worship of YHWH. Judaism is only in the name because the 12 tribes is just the word they used to describe the Israelites later on after the Northern Kingdom had been dispersed and the tribe of judah was left to be interacted with after the fact.
They're all their own distinct unique identities and don't really have anything to do with each other.

the davidic scepter was broken because the covenant between God and the Israelites was broken, passing the covenant to the Church/Christians. This means jesus didn't need to be descended from the davidic line. Jesus had no earthly father since he was born of a virgin so he had no right to claim a tribal identity. Joseph's adoption of him isn't enough to claim the prophetic role. Mary's lineage is irrelevant because tribal lineage is only passed patrilineal. His role as messiah was fulfilled spiritually rather than earthly or physically. Claiming there is any sort of objective truth that jesus was actually from the tribe of judah is simply not true.

His role as messiah was fulfilled spiritually.
