Hell yeah. My gold is up, Mexicans are staying home in California making back to school shopping so easy. Schools are missing 10% of their population, beef is cheap, gas is cheap. Fruit is the best it’s been since the 90s because of the tariffs. Interest rates just dropped again so we’re looking at a 2nd house to start fixing up. Life is so fucken good
