I would do a God job on it and set up reasonable conditions, observe the peoples of Little Earth doing their thing and only intervene in the absolute craziest circumstances. That and no smartphones. For starters I would create myself more rooms and more shelves. I would magically clean everything and repaint everything. Assuming there's nobody else in the simulation I would probably create npcs of various types to make it feel less empty (humans, birds, etc). Maybe I'd mess around and see what I can create like mixing different sodas. Maybe do some goofy stuff like creating the pineapple house from spongebob. Maybe I would make it so the npcs can use magic just to see what they would do with it. I guess I would start off small and work my way up from there. Even if you get bored after trillions of years you can always just memory wipe yourself and start over.
