I was working for $23cad/hr in print production in Saskatchewan. I moved to Montana a month ago and immediately went to $28usd/hr

60% pay boost and less taxes moving 85km down south.

Just made up signs for a local mcdonalds advertising $15.50usd/hour. I was making mcdonalds wagies operating cnc, fiber laser, installing signs in a boom lift, etc.
