>China has SO MUCH human resources - they don't need any more.
It's imploding.
>Even IF this is genuine, competition will be ridiculous.
They'll only accept prodigy tier foreigners with exceptional experiences.
The numerous "amount" of chinks gobbling academia positions in the West is pretty obvious on how ruthless the competition between chinks to the point it's easier to get admission at universities abroad than domestic one. Basically same like in india, except chink standard is way far above jeet one.
As Westerners, one way to >enjoy studying in China is to apply for non-degree program there (exchange/free-mover). They offer stipends & tuition fee waiver even for free-movers. Most of these scholarships quotas however are only for North Americans, Europeans, East Asians.
Most degree-seeking international students (most from developing countries) there already have commitment/obliged to return back to home country once they graduate. And most of them are on full-ride scholarships jointly paid by both chink & sending government. So, no settlement in China after graduation
