I see one has complete military gears with hands-me-downs, tanks, bulldozers, planes, advanced bombs/missiles and diapers. Other side has rocks, free bombs, AKs and tunnels under rubbles.
The diaper one proceeds to have ongoing bombing campaigns on civilians indiscriminately and keeps shifting the blame, even as their own army keeps having mental issues from it and suicides. While the other keeps attacking the diaper forces, killing them and traumatizing them.
