not really. You can only become a billionaire by screwing people over or abusing the system. Nobody should be that rich. They are not helping society either because they just dump their money in foreign bank accounts and they don't pay their fair share of taxes.

No, it's far more optimal to disperse the money. Billionaires are terrible for economies.
