Probably the best in the world, considering how many items they shoot down every day and the size of the territory being defended. The second-best would presumably be Israel, which has several layers of defense (at least five) over a much smaller territory, and a third-world country like Iran was still able to break through all of the layers several times. No other nation has much of anything, aside from perhaps Ukraine itself, due to donated air defense systems and whatever systems are left from before the war.

The question is air defense is always "compared to what?" If someone launched a Ukraine-style drone swarm over the US, for example, they could blow up whatever they wanted.

Russian air defense is the only advantage they have over NATO. Ukraine used the low-cost soviet s300s to protect their air space, that's what blocked Russia from taking the country during the initial invasion.

NATO air defense technology is very expensive, Israel had to cancel the Iran war because they were running low on expensive interceptor missiles that were being imported from the US.

Probably leaps and bounds beyond anything the West can produce at scale, especially since we're all dependent on multi-role jetfighters. But as it stands they seem to have a definitive advantage in that area. It's probably a mutually assured destruction type of deal where if Western airpower decided to attack Russia/China that both forces would be so incredibly degraded after the engagement that no real air defense network exists but at the same time no real airforce exists to carry out meaningful attacks.
The shit we're seeing in Ukraine/Russia is just evidence that miniaturization and weaponization of what used to be model planes expands the need for point defense weapons and big ass strategic AA missiles are not enough. You need rapid fire guns, IRST besides radars and jammers out the ass to protect vital infrastructure.

The small purple mast on the forcsle in the first and second picture are different ones, on the sunken ship its taller and placed further back, the second shows it placed directly after the bowplating. The green lines for the bridgefront don't maje much sense since this isn't distinctive at all, inatead you should mark something like the 13 windows which are partially irregular and far more distinctive, the bridgewindows being there is worthless if it isn't measured very well since every ship has that.
It is the same ship but the maekings are kinda sloppy, 8 openings fron the twin red lines to the bow or 13 bridgewindows along with the orange circles marking mooring points are more helpful
