At this point considering the amount of people who know about Bluebeam it seems very unlikely that this is the plan that'll be used, too much noticing has happened, they need something new.
So what's their plan B?

Blue Beam won't be a worldwide holographic fake alien invasion show (because that's shit outdated and will be seen as a joke) but a predicted extinction event like CME or asteroid heading towards closer to the earth's orbit that will get every single nations attention to unite under a one flag banner kind of like a new UN from the show called The Expanse but on steroids with its mass surveillance around the world (maybe), and I doubt once society collapses from an irreversible mass panic the UN will be still a thing unless it got dissolved slowly overtime again like what exactly happened during WW2 with the League of Nations.

At this point it's pretty obvious that aliens and demons are the exact same kind of being, anyone willing to connect the dots from the bigger picture (Marzinsky, Jacques Vallée, S. When I said extinction events like CME, Polar flip or Asteroid Impact like Apophis I didn't literally meant that it would be fake holographic played shown around the world regardless of the time zones differential but it would literally happened. I don't think it's irrelevant at all. I just think it was a part of something greater. A series of truths that all are factual, but never the complete story. Kind of like how Disney used to make their animation cells. Nobody knew the complete picture, like the great work AKA Magnum opus. Or beehive whatever. Our experience seems to be mostly with the Greys, who may or may not be nefarious but are not overtly hostile. The problem being that the Greys don't seem to be around anymore and Internet rumors are that they were replaced by a much different overwatcher civilization in the past decade or so.
And yes, it would be just like the powers that be on Earth to try to antagonize an unknown external force for domestic consumption.

We've cycled through various types of aliens over the years ever since Roswell, but yeah greys have been the most common type. As I said before I don't believe they're a truly sentient biological species, if they're not active anymore then it means their overseers have begun to take action themselves

No and that's the problem. Whoever they are, they seem more advanced than the Greys. The Greys are a couple hundred years ahead of us, AFAIK, not millions. Who knows? Something changed since the '90s and so we know even less about the situation.
My direct experience with the Greys involved a few tall, uniformed beings and a number of much shorter, seemingly naked short greys. The tall ones are sentient beings that use technology. The short ones are biotechnology, I think.
