You just need to understand that specialization and mutually beneficial cooperation bring greater benefits than if everyone tried to get by on their own. From this emerges objective morality, since everyone trades within a system according to their own values while taking into account everyone else’s values. Everyone moves toward a common good. This produces the most successful, wealthiest society. Theft or human sacrifice is still a long-term loss even if everyone agrees with it right now. It’s like not stealing from the corner store just because nobody would notice — if you steal a lot, the store will eventually close, and then you’ll have nowhere to shop. It benefits you to have a store nearby. Your imaginary friend still doesn’t make sense. That’s not a rational thing. Just because you don’t understand the motivations of human communities doesn’t make your fantasies become reality.

Morality and religion are separate but also come together.
