What's causing the mass dysgenics? Have you noticed how people nowadays look borderline inbred compared to how they used to back in the day? You can scour the earth and you won't find a single woman who looks this healthy. Men's testosterone levels have gone down every single year and it's made us lose our male vitality, and it's only gonna get worse. The average 30 year old man from the 1950s would look in disgust at the state of the modern average 30 year old. There have always been wars throughout history but I think the two world wars were pretty disgenic events. Men were killed on an industrial scale. It wasn't like it was some contest where the best man won. The best men volunteered for a lot of the riskiest stuff and were more likely to die. The more cowardly ones came back as "heroes" according to the mass media of the time and putting on a uniform made it easy for them to procreate.

The massive counterfeiting operation used to pay for these wars (rather that direct taxation) became the means for funding other bad ideas, like the welfare state. The weaker men and their descendants were also fine with these sorts of things.

Things like the welfare state and subsidising stupid people mean that they can continue to just spawn and pollute the genepool. It's like where there's an invasive species and no natural predator to keep it in check.

Even in the "free" west, we kind of had arranged marriages. You at least had to be mentally competent as a male to go out and earn money, bring it home, pay the bills, support the family etc. Then we decided to basically just give women free money and let them pick, and they select for tall, dark tetrad types with long weiners. That's it, that's all it took. You are now 3-4 generations downstream of that, and it looks EXACTLY like anyone with a brain would have though it would.

I suppose it should also be mentioned that the asylums were shut down around the same time, and the women that would have been in them have been breeding for the same 3-4 generations.

But I visited Eastern Europe back in 2001. Several slavic countries and Germany. On returning I was really struct by the relative genetic abnormalities in even White Americans compared particularly compared to the Slavs (Germans were in-between). It wasn't like every slav girl was gorgeous, plenty had ugly faces. But on the whole, the Slav girls were beautiful. (Oddly, few slav men were particularly attractive. I was traveling with a mixed-group of young people, and it's safe to say that the males in our group had a much better time than the girls).

But not only were all the slav girls thin, most of them just had very normal-looking frames with good proportions. The worst were just plain. When I got back to the US, I noticed girls with fridge builds, weirdly-shaped pelvic bones or shoulderblades, freakishly long legs (or weirdly short ones). It struck me how I saw very little of that phenotypical diversity in places like Poland.

Okay let me redpill you on the old diet and why they looked like that. You won't believe it, but it's true. In the 80s in Eastern Europe my family took what Americans ate before the 50s.

Most meals are a combination of sugars, fats, salt, and carbs. Bread and butter, eggs, pastries, meat, milk, sweet fruits and water when thirsty. These foods are almost banned on the food pyramid btw.

Then sometimes you would eat medicinal foods like a salad with oil,vinegar, salt, onions, raw garlic, pasta with olive oil, and acidic fruits. Soup with bread sometimes. Mint and camomille tea with honey.

It was that simple. Of course the alcohol bottle gets introduced and it's downhill from there.

Once you eat like this, you will crave tobacco so badly as your health improves.
