A proper zweihander can be around 1000
Longswords are usually cheaper since they not only are smaller but also the cross guards and handles are not as hard to produce.
The problem with big ass swords is that the bigger they are, the more prone they are for failure at some point and require bigger and usually better heat treatment equipment.
It also depends on what you need.
If you want decoration, get a wall hanger zwei for cheaper but is of high quality. If you want only "performance" for cutting pool noodles, you can get for a "battleready" sword that won't be as "good" when it comes to look, this is not that expensive.
If you want the top of the top, you are definitely going to pay extra for a good looking cutting sword
Coldsteel are a common and affordable brand for the "battleready" sword, just don't hit anything hard as i said above. Look for them in kult of athena.
Want something better, try the regenyei ones but I don't know much about that brand, still their big swords look amazing but also cost more and sold in euros, so even more for (you).

A few years back I picked up one of those 1870s French Gras bayonet swords for about $300 and it's a fantastic little blade. Fast, light, and still very sharp despite its age.
