HOUSING PRICES UP
Housing prices will continue to rise until it crashes.
The writing is on the wall.
Boomers own 40% of all US homes.
They're only 20% of the population.
That's 32,000,000 US homes.
Over the next 5 years, they're going to die off.
Their heirs are going to scramble to sell their house for big $$$ before everyone else.
But everyone will be doing this and housing will crash as the market is flooded with old boomer homes.

This is why you will be squeezed right up until that moment. They want to lock you in at an insane house price, with a dogshit mortgage, for the next 30 years. Then when the market crashes, you're left holding the bag on an overinflated asset that you'll never make money on.

That's the real problem. Gen X didn't have children. Millennials aren't having children. Gen Z isn't even approaching women.
In theory, now that Gen X has some property, he can crank one out with a younger women, but those women man, they are lost. They are just gone. 42% of Gen X women never had children. Their lives are entering the very bad stage now, where they are post wall, their parents are dying. They're totally alone save for a few pets and some booze to keep them going.
My neighbor is 50, he just had his first kid with a much younger wife. I'm just watching the future happen in real time. Gen X women are suicidal and the men are flying kamikaze into parenthood. He's going to be on retirement fixed income before that kid even graduates. He's probably going to go for a second one too... The demographics are looking similar for Millennials.
Shit is fucked man.

something has to be done about the local govs or else even this won't be possible. i bought my house years ago when prices were basically at the bottom of the 2008 crash. My property taxes have tripled since then, they are now the largest component of my mortgage payment, bigger than principal or interest. Insurance has also gone up 100%. This shit alone will make housing unaffordable, the governments have to stop borrowing so much fucking money. They borrow/spend to pay retiree pensions and to provide generous bennies, many going to illegals via mixed households. This shit all needs to stop, it's all related, it's all fucking normal people for these asshole classes.

>boomers
It's the kikes retard.

Why could the boomers buy a house for $10k but houses now are $500k?
The Jews transfer wealth to themselves through printing $trillions.

Imagine that you have a machine that can print endless amounts of $100 bills.
Print $500k then go buy a house.
Now you own this house.
Rent house to goyim
You collect 50% of the goyim's paycheck.
You own 50% of the goyim's labor.

Repeat.
Soon you own the whole neighborhood.
Repeat for decades.
Own 100,000's of houses
Housing prices are astronomical and ordinary people can't afford to buy.
Vast numbers of goyim now work for you in virtual slavery.

This is wealth transfer from the citizens to the Jews who own the central banks that print money. Enslavement through central banking.

>By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. - John Maynard Keynes

>Wall Street went on a home-buying spree. Now, more lawmakers want to stop it from ever happening again.

>Democrats in the U.S. Senate and House have sponsored legislation that would force large owners of single-family homes to sell houses to family buyers. A Republican’s bill in the Ohio state legislature aims to drive out institutional owners through heavy taxation.

>Lawmakers in Nebraska, California, New York, Minnesota and North Carolina are among those proposing similar laws.

Hopefully the boomers all die. The anti- vaccine campaign is winning so there is hope. Then private equity eats it hard for the houses they all baught up losing billions. We could have just gone the democrat route and made owning a home beyond your primary residence heavily taxed. Keeping home open for new families, but instead we have to hope your grandparents die. Either way win for the left.

Boomers will die at random times, while being replaced by two to three mexicans. The value of homes only went up slightly, the value of the dollar took a dive. if banks and dark stone companies(around the globe, all a variation of the same name) buy all the boomer houses immediately, then the price won't change.
i imagine that most likely, boomer offspring will either live in it or sell immediately to split among siblings. they gonna sell it to said bank/companies

I got a portable unit rated for 500 square foot dual-hose unit that I have plugged into

it's making the place bearable

i shut the kitchen door and MacGyver'd a space blanket on one side that doesn't have a door

it's ghetto but you gotta do what you gotta do

Window units are better for your health anyway. No nasty air ducts. They are also just as efficient, I don't care what anyone says, it's physics, save for the tiny amount of loss you get through the plastic fins, but that can be addressed.
About the only downside is noise, and it can be a pain if you don't have the right circuits near the right windows. Putting more than one on a single circuit will render that circuit to basically full capacity.

Maybe boomers were right about their fucking retarded kids. Anybody that does this is a fucking mouth-breather.

I'm not a shill I just don't want a corporation or bank to own any part of my home. I hate debt. You may be okay with being an obligated slave but I'm not okay with it. Even if I had 99% of the house in cash value I would never buy a house without the remaining 1%. It's crazy to me, to be a slave to a jewish bank. You don't 'own' anything until the home is paid off in full. Sure yo7 may have equity but you're still an obligated slave who has to pay off the rest of the house.

the funny part is that 2012 was the bottom of the housing market, so 50% affordable on median income (where it should be) is at the very bottom of a housing crash.
