Truth is, the modern rot was already well entrenched when he came. Already corrupt, dying embers, that he sought to revive. The rot is/was already old. And, in this, he succeeded. He brought back, in this age, the essential question into remembrance for all peoples... of who they are and what they want. In fact, a prophet for all races. And, when we think of him, we become happy & hopeful. And, when we remember him, we remember who we are and should be. And we remember him, and pay respect to him who first dared to dream a righteous dream for ALL of us. He did not make us enemies, he made us ALL brothers, as one, against a common (((enemy))); against subjugation and bastardization. Think on this.
