People who love you WANT to forgive you, they WANT everything to be good again. So if you are genuinely sorry and try to make things right and most of all, stop being an asshole to them and stop expecting too much from them, it might be super awkward and embarrassing and they might be angry for a while, but they WILL forgive you and try to be your friend again, because that's what they want.

I destroyed a lot of good things in my life too, and what's more, I had a lot of the good things in my life destroyed by other people or outside forces. Overall I'd say I've had mostly bad luck, and some of it was my fault, but a lot of it, wasn't my fault and even if it was, I couldn't have done better.

Life kicks the fucking shit out of everybody eventually, sometimes it grabs you by the nuts and the pain makes you completely lose your fucking mind. Everybody has bad days, bad weeks, bad years, sometimes bad decades. And if that hasn't happened to somebody yet, then their turn's a-fucking coming.

But yeah, like I said, you can't destroy a relationship if it's real, and if it is destroyed, it wasn't real in the first place. As far as family, family is forever, or else it's not real and never was. As far as a bitch, as long as you didn't cheat on her, if she can't forgive you, she's trash, and to Hell with her. Better off without her if she's going to hold a grudge against you forever, especially if you just lost control of your emotions. Because that happens to everybody. Some people are never in control of their emotions. And they still get by.
