Havana Syndrome and ULTRA General

The Central Intelligence Agency is currently picking susceptible individuals out of population to MK ULTRA and undergo Monarch Programming. You can be an average day average citizen and they will target you for neurological mapping purposes or candidacy for specific assassinations.

Phase 1: Havana Syndrome
Also known as anomalous health incidents (AHIs), this illness causes a range of neurological problems. It was first reported by U.S. Embassy staff in Havana, Cuba, in 2016, when they began experiencing extreme headaches and hearing piercing sounds at night.

This condition appears in individuals through the use of Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs). The Air Force Command Center, located in Colorado Springs, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), located in McLean, Virginia, have the capability to use this type of weapon on American, Canadian, and various European citizens, regardless of their country, even in remote areas. They utilize Extremely Low Frequency which can span for thousands of kilometers and can target you even in a crowded room with other people.

During this phase, the CIA instills bad habits and exploits them later during Monarch Programming. Agents or officers use a type of Voice to Skull known as Silent Sound. This type of V2K bypasses the ears and is directly understood by the brain without any indication to the targeted individual. This is often accompanied by tinnitus, as it functions as a form of hypnosis.

Phase 2: Organized Stalking & V2K (Voice to Skull)
Fusion Centers are used across America for organized stalking, which leads to isolation and fear of speaking out about the program and its affiliates. This is done under contract, and a nomination form must be processed for the targeted individual before this happens.
Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) is used for voice to skull transmission. Declassified military documents reveal this military capability and explain how it’s possible to transmit voices into a single individual’s head, even in a crowded room.

During this phase, it is critical that the individual enters a medical facility and preferably obtains a psychiatric diagnosis so they can be discredited. Once a patient enters a psychiatric ward, the abuse and targeting are intensified, and the patient will often be classified as delusional or, in some cases, schizophrenic.

Phase 3-5: Neurological Mapping
CIA agents and Officers are responsible for neurologically mapping the brain using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves. ELF operates on the same wavelength as the brain's synapses, and long-range ELF stations located around the United States can accurately pinpoint neuron connections, as well as where specific emotions, bodily functions, and more are located in a patient’s brain.

This process is conducted under the guidance of physicians, psychiatrists, and other doctors employed by the CIA, who are responsible for determining how to properly and effectively map the brain and what to look for in a patient's brain.

The brain is divided into specific sections called "Alters," and the process induces Multiple Personality Disorder in the patient. Each Alter represents a different personality or identity.
