Greetings my fellow based anons, today's discussion about Canadian politics is about how we, as anon, young folks, and politically based anons can seize and rip power from the hands of the boomer.

As many of you all know the construction industry consists of a bunch of boomers who sit at the top and dictate who gets work while they take a large cut, I think it's time we seized power from them and ripped from their hands,


We do this by providing a future to the young, training them, teaching them and then, when they look up to you, ask them to sweat loyalty, and if they do, give them enfranchisement In the construction industry, while pointing out the faults of the boomer and redpilling them on the TFW program and how (your) tax dollars give employers a 30% discount on labor and "steals work from young folks"

As Contractors/GC/Subs we have the ability to invoice for extras and then spend that money on tools for the young.

If we take cash work, we can provide enfranchisement and buy loyalty by giving them the lion's share, and taking slight losses on some jobs to tool them up, and get them driving.


"Sliting throats" is defined in this industry as not going through 3 layers of boomers who all take a cut, and getting your work direct from builder, by not paying them their cut, you cause boomers to flip out, cry scream and throw tempie tantrums and make themselves look like fools.
