I'm only replying cuz dubz, but the simple fact is Russia accomplished its objectives. Ukraine and other nato members may go down with the ship, but the US is out.
Victors don't negotiate terms, they dictate them, no matter how many b2s they fly around as some kind of flex to their base to keep up appearances.
Russia paid a huge price but essentially told the US "no" and got away with it. The entire world sees what just happened, and it will have far reaching repercussions.
