Depends. Autism was originally a diagnosable malady called Kanner's Syndrome. It referred to a real disorder.

Along the way the medical community repackaged Kanner's Syndrome with every other social disorder and anxiety as "the autism spectrum" which made it a bunch of shit. It's what ADHD was to the Millennials. Anything brushing against the norm is now on the spectrum.

Women can still technically reproduce in their 30s, but most of their eggs are rotten by that point, and extremely prone to autism.
