BSP's electorate is split between Velichie, Kopeikata and Rudi the Sword. That's half of them. Other half just plain aren't voting. There's also the permanent anti-GERB vote, who went to PPDB and then just stopped voting after, so PPDB is now really just the Sofia liberals, and would look far smaller if more people voted.

And what people mean is Ninova pissed off the oligarchs, who in turn stopped the corporate vote, and largely enough people were pissed off with her inner-party authoritarianism that it got people to stop voting.
