The only two divisions of Europe that matter are the Great Schism (Latin Europe and Greek Europe) and the Iron Curtain (Western Europe and Eastern Europe).
Most of Latin Europe is Western Europe, and most of Greek Europe is Eastern Europe, but there are exceptions.
Greece is Greek and Western.
Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia are Latin and Eastern.

Northern France and Northern Germany form their own unit, maybe they belobg in the Bong group, but Northern Germany is definitely not Central European culture.

Poland and the Balts are also not Central European culture, they are jewish.
Central European culture is defined as "vineyard culture without access to the sea", which differentiates us from Italian and South French Mediterraneans.
That means we form one group with Moravians, Austrians, Hungarians, and Slovenes. Croats belong there too, BUT NO DALMATIANS. Dalmatian Croatia (i.e. the extended coastline) is Bosnian/Montenegrin culture.

I can't personally speak for how the cultural border between Northern Germany and Scandinavia should look like, but I'm fairly sure Sven and Petrograd Ivans are quite the same, they both love vodka and slapping their women while having sex, while bending the knee/cock to female domination at the workplace.
