No more voting rights for people living outside europe. You want to vote? You'll need to live in Italy for 30 years to be awarded the right to vote.

Other European countries need to do the same. There are over 20 million german-americans. European natives need to have an easy access to Europe.

And the cost of living is the highest in the world here, and the immigration is the highest on a per capita basis. the long answer is you can do it legally by the book but you lose some of the advantages of tax benefits (exemption from taxes on dividends), and still your company has to prove it has substance, aka it's a real company doing work (rather than an empty shell) so you need to have employees conducting work on behalf of the company on the territory of cyprus.
