I'm going to eat in accordance with the adaptations I have.

I have frugivore, hunter-gatherer, pastoralist, and farmer adaptations. More time and more heritage equals a larger portion of my diet.

True, but the bread our ancestors made used real wheat.

Jew bread uses bleached flour from wheat stripped of the nutritional part. It's also fortified with synthetic B vitamins which blow you up.

I work at a bakery that makes "real" bread. The flour is fucked and fortified with B3. So unless your bakery is making flour from scratch, jew bread is just a sugar bomb without any real nutrients.

Carbs are good for when you have physically intensive work to do. The diet recommendations of high carbs was for a time when people worked in the factory and did manual labor for 8 hours a day, this is why they weren’t bad then, but for the lethargic office worker they are. People who demonize certain foods tend to just be too stupid to realize different foods can be utilized for different situations, as long as you aren’t eating just chemical slop. Sugars (fruits included) are for short term energy, as in you are very active now, and need a snack now. Complex carbs are for medium term energy, so if you have to be physically active in the next 1-6 hours. Protein is always needed, but the more physically challenging tasks you do the more is needed. Fats are needed to keep long term systems running and things like hormonal balance. Fiber is to resolve hunger when you don’t need anything else.

Vegan bugeating bullshit, there is nothing wrong with either meat or bread, our ancestors of course ate ample meat but were also intelligent omnivores eating starchy roots wherever they could unearth them.

That said the biggest issue by far is obesity and if you want to stop being a fat fuck you need to wean yourself off pure carbohydrates which in short are 2 sugar molecules linked together. You eat way more calories than you realize and it causes your blood sugar to spike then plummet as your body produces insulin to bring it under control, at which point you feel hungry again.

Bread baked with real wheat is fine. It doesn't harm your body. Processed breads from every "bakery" in a supermarket is fucked and destroys your insides. I agree dietitians and grifters try and exploit the latest trends in food pop culture, but in general most of the food humans around the world consume is fucking us to the grave quicker than our ancestors from thousands of years back.

My forefathers were farmers for generations, you bet your ass they had tons of milk, eggs and hunted meat as well as raised meat available to eat as sides.
Keto and Carnivore is what females don't want you to do because of muh environment. Tried keto once it's kind of a meme, you lose weight while doing nothing on the computer and have diarrhea or constipation all the time, once you end it all the weight loss immediately comes back and you gained nothing because you didn't build your body for shit.
BUT.
All this carb centric snack shite has been spawned in the last 100 years and just LOOK at the burgers.
Protein-centric low-carb muscle building or high carb cardio if you want to be healthy, there's not much else to it.

Idk even the physical jobs aren't as physical as they used to be. I'm a carpenter, dad and grandad and great great granddad all were carpenters and they each had a harder time than the generation that came after them. Fuck, I think my great granddad would have probably used all hand tools. My dad thinks I'm a pussy for using a nailer, instead of just pounding nails all day with a hammer, but that's just not how we do shit today.

A Nailer will be more precise in the long run, especially if it's a long day constructing.
I'd use a nailer for 9-5 wageslavery and any big project at home, for smaller crafts (1-3 hours combined) use a hammer once in a while, may be cool, closer to nature and grug-DNA.
Your hammer won't need spare parts from choina after a while, maybe you'll exchange the wood but that shit can be fixed locally.
But also tell your boomer dad to appreciate the engineers.
